1. Specific

2. Measurable

4. Relevant

  • Does this goal support overall business priorities or personal growth?
  • How will achieving this goal impact your role, team, or organization?

 

Example:
Achieving this sales target aligns with the company’s growth strategy of expanding into the North American market. It will also contribute to my professional development by enhancing my ability to lead large client accounts.

 

5. Time-bound
When do you want to achieve this goal? Set a clear deadline or milestone.

  • What is the timeline for achieving this goal?
  • What is the specific deadline or timeframe?
  • What are the key milestones to track progress?

 

Example:
Achieve a 20% increase in monthly sales revenue within the next three months, by June 30th.

 

Goal Review and Next Steps

Action Plan
What specific steps will you take to achieve this goal? Break it down into smaller, actionable tasks.
